Century Square Townhomes

I am a current resident and want to thank the management (Samantha) and maintenance team (Rob & Chris) for the great job they do maintaining the property. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, and the team is especially attentive during the winter months, ensuring snow and ice are cleared promptly and common areas are safe. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their efforts truly make a positive difference for residents.

I have resided here at Century Square Townhomes, since 2/1/2014. I have to say the pool is always clean to swim in. The maintenance, the manager's have always been wonderful to work with. If I need maintenance, it's done within 1-2 days. It did take some time, put my new carpet, is just amazing!!

There's many reasons to love this place. Samantha was so helpful during my moving process. She's a hard working, honest person whom I trust. The maintenance is awesome. When I moved in the townhome looked great, and for a non-emergency maintenance request it was handled the next day. I love being so close to Heritage Park, and the pool is well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I’ve had more problems at my new apartment than I’ve had at Century Square and I lived there for 8 years. Sam is incredible and is always there to help when needed. Maintenance is speedy and they always make sure you’re taken care of. I regret moving because it truly did feel like home. They’re willing to listen and work with you on any problems or issues and they truly care about their tenants.

I just moved to Century Square in September from there other sister property and I absolutely love it here! The property is clean and well kept. My neighbors friendly are and lovely people. Samantha is a wonderful, sweet and caring property manager. She is always personable and helpful. The maintenance team is A1 and they always respond in a timely manner.
