We love this dog park, almost every weekend we are there. We try to go early morning, there can be a long line if you go in the midday. Bathrooms are pretty clean and im grateful they have them and keep them serviced. This is a great park. Wonderful way to spend time in nature without driving for hours. And my dog is always SO happy.

This is, by far, the best off leash dog park! I'm so glad we discovered this local gem. It is beautiful year round and is also great for bird watching. It brings me such joy to see my dogs enjoy a nice stroll, exploring the wide open spaces, and saying hi to all the friendly dogs and people. It is extremely well kept and clean. The "beach" area along the water is fantastic! The agility features are so much fun too. A-frames, tunnels, hurdles, and even weave poles ~ so fun! I absolutely adore the natural beauty and peaceful vibe of this place. It will take a very long time to discover all the different paths and trails. You can walk for miles here. Well done Colorado!

It is hard to put into words how much I love this place but I will try. Even though this off-leash dog park is about 45 minutes away from me, I purposefully make the ride just to come here because of how happy it makes my dog to be able to run around and socialize with other dogs in such a large, well-maintained area. There are other off-leash dog parks in Colorado, but none of them are even close to being as nice as this one. There is so much space to walk around, some agility training stations, Cherry Creek where the dogs love to cool down and play, etc. There is even a horse staple, obviously closed off so people and dogs can't enter, if you want to pay for some horse riding. I do see some dog owners every now and then not pick up after their dogs and please don't be those people. They even provide poop bags all over the park. There is a fee to enter the park but if you pay for your state park pass through your vehicle registration, it is free. Totally worth it in my opinion! The only downfall I can think of is that the bathroom at the entrance is the only one there and it is pretty foul, but it is a bathroom at a park so it is to be expected. Make sure to use the bathroom before coming!

We're big fans of this dog park. It's a beautiful place to have a leisurely stroll with your pup instead of standing around in a fenced in dirt patch that is your typical dog park. By contrast, this is like going on an off-leash hike, especially when you get to the water. The creek areas have beach elements and the water is always moving, so it's not stagnant or gross. Our dog only ventures about ankle deep, but it's fun to watch her experience things. There are agility areas, nice shade areas, and plenty to explore. We only wish we lived even closer to it!

This is a doggy paradise! It’s huge, beautiful scenery, walking trails to hike. There are multiple entrances to a creek where the dogs can play. Our pup had the best time & was so tired for the rest of the day.
