We stayed a couple nights in our RV. The sites are ample, level and have all utilities including wifi that's strong enough for our TVs to work which hasn't been the case for us often. The restrooms are old and dinky but the hot water is great. The walking trails are great. The place is clean, interesting and not too challenging to walk on. If you want a strenuous workout, there are uphills you can scamper on that will challenge most people. While it's convenient to be close to Auburn, unfortunately, the city has grown to where the park is noisy with traffic and construction near by. We've stayed at other Alabama State Parks and this one is the smallest and the one that needs most upgrading so the price doesn't compare with others for what you get. All in all, if we lived nearby we would be visiting non the less. The ranger was very nice and informative. Thanks for hosting us.

My kids and I absolutely love this park. We have come nearly every year for a few days. We tent camp in the primitive sites, but have access to showers and bathrooms nearby if needed. The hiking trails are great for mountain biking and there are a few sets of terrain and jumps that are available for more advanced riders.

Our campsite was clean and the driveway was flat. We parked next to the amp service and slept wonderfully. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The park provides so many recreational options in close proximity to the town. Jim n Nick's bbq hit the spot!

So beautiful, came out when it hasn't rained a bit, first week of cool weather. Beautiful hiking trails. They're currently working on a structure by the waterfall trail, but you can enjoy a longer hike and still get to the falls. We liked down from the falls through the rocks and had a blast. Epic playground.

Very nice staff! Lots of yellow jackets all.over the campground. They were swarming all over our sites during the day. The staff has been working on locating their nests throughout the park, but there are a lot of them right now. The bathrooms could be cleaner. There are many trails through the park and a small lake. The spots are private with many trees.
