Small, simple and cute. 2 entrences. Doggie bags. I don't think it's good for pocket and handbag size dogs though. The spacing in the fence around the park is large enough for those small dogs to slip right through.

This place is basically run by a bunch of Karens and male Karens in the neighborhood. The vibe was super unfriendly from the start. They didn’t recognize my dog, and instead of just asking politely, they spoke to me in a privileged, condescending tone and kicked me out. Meanwhile, their own dogs were the real problem—barking non-stop and acting aggressive toward mine. Somehow, I was treated like the issue while their behavior got a free pass. The whole experience screamed entitlement and zero hospitality. If you’re looking for a welcoming spot for you and your dog, avoid this place unless you enjoy dealing with Karen energy.

Conveniently located in downtown San Carlos, the Dog Park has plenty of nearby parking, enough space for a good dog romp and chase for plus some nice seating for the humans.

Nice spacious park that has grass for your dog to run around in. I came here on a weekday around evening time. I’ve never been surround by so many cuties before. There were at least 20 puppies running around.

I love the fact that dogs have a place to go and run and play and be safe. However, living around this park is a nightmare! The owners do not control their animals. The animals bark consistently and it destroys our quality of life. How can such a small number of Careless inconsiderate owners of these out of control barking dogs have such a hold over the city ordinance requiring owners to control their animals? The barking is indescribable. Just imagine sitting in your beautiful condo, beautiful trees, enjoying your retirement perhaps, and all of a sudden the barking begins. I don’t mean just a squeak or a bark, I mean, continuous, loud, irritating, nerve-racking, barking, barking, barking, barking, barking. I have timed some of the barking and it can go on for 15-20 minutes straight. Imagine that I have started turning on my fan in my over my stove in order to block out some of the barking, but that doesn’t always work. Especially in the summer when I like to have my door open to have a breeze. Something has to be done to stop this, or at least train the owners to control their dogs, teach them the proper way to treat a neighborhood they don’t live In and kindly be respectful of the people that do live in this neighborhood. Controlling your dog is in the city ordinance for SaCarlos. I’ve thought of moving, but That’s not an option for me. And besides, why should I have to move from my retired condo living, To accommodate people unable perhaps to know that their barking dogs are an annoyance to us… Or obviously Do not care. Please please please try and help us solve this problem that continues to get worse every day. Thank you
