MATTIA was absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t ask for a better assistance. Was able to resolve immediately any questions I had. So very attentive to the needs I had. Checked in on me the number of times to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better representative. Definitely deserves a promotion of sorts or some sort of bonus for what he does he goes above and beyond. Thank you MATTIA for all you do.

I rented the Samuel community park in Greenacres on Sunday the 18th and when they arrived there was another family with their decoration, when I called the patrol in charge of the pavilions they did not answer, then we asked the Sheriff and they did not answer him either, the pavilion was dirty when it was supposed to be a rental, no one ever assisted us but at the end of the day a relative had rented a pony and they rode in areas outside the park where the patrol told us and now the city informed me that my deposit would not be returned. So I complained about cleaning the rent and they didn't answer me, that is, I felt robbed! I do not recommend the City of Greenacres if you are not willing to waste your money!

I rented for the last two years for my centers VPK graduation. The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Recently, I worked with Alondra and she was so helpful and welcoming!! I would recommend anyone to rent at this venue!!

This place will rob you of every dime they can!!DO NOT BOOK We had an event there on March 13th for my daughters Baby Shower. I paid a total of $1075 for the facility which included a $300 refundable deposit. We rented the room from 5PM to 10PM. After the event, I contacted the facility to refund my $300 deposit and at that time I was told that I was only getting $100 back. When I asked them why the reasons they gave me were #1. We arrived 15 minutes early #2. We stayed 15 late and #3. People were not wearing their masks in the hallway. Here is where this is so unfair.....#1. I was not there 15 minutes early, I was actually 15 minutes late. However, we had a party rental that showed up before me and was let into the room without my authorization and they are counting that as my time. #2. We only stayed a little later because we actually pitched in to assist the facility in stacking the chairs against the wall and moving tables...all of which we were not required to do but we were trying to help AND #3. I was told twice to let people know not to enter the hallway without a mask...the second time I was told I went around to each table and personally let everyone know....Had I been aware that facial masks would take a toll on my refund I would have had signs posted and made it known upon entry...HOWEVER....I was told nothing about that. After the event was over the girls did a walk around the room and told me that everything looked good. I feel like I am being robbed. I went in on this room with 2 other parents because I could not afford it by myself. I will never recommend this facility to anyone and I am ready to post reviews wherever anyone will hear me. It just isn't fair.
