Lifesavers!! We needed somewhere to take our dogs while on vacation in Kansas City, MO after checking out of the Airbnb, so we can do more exploring for the day. I was able to make an account and upload my dogs shot records easily. Making an appointment online and having it was confirmed was quick and easy. The staff were so friendly and nice and my dogs really enjoyed themselves while here. We were sent report cards on our dogs' day with a lot of cute pictures. They were so happy when I picked them up.

We've been using CITYDOGs for our 1.5 yo staffy/pit mix for about a year now and we love it overall! We've used many offerings including boarding, daycare, the dog park and add ons like pictures and text updates. They have always been very thorough, caring and responsive even when reaching out to them via email for general updates and other questions. They even called one time to let us know our lil guy was limping after play time. Pros: They run a lot of daycare deals so even if you don't buy a package, you can find cheaper days here and there. And we've never had issues booking daycare or boarding so the availability seems to be good. You do have to add on daycare and updates if you want them when boarding but we thought the process was easy and the price was fair. The location is very convenient from downtown/crossroads/river market areas. The staff seems to really love the dogs as demonstrated by the instagram and personal updates we've gotten. We've gotten the sense that they are very attentive when it comes to separating by energy level and giving them breaks when needed. The instagram is also nice and well updated for busy days and weekly previews of events/offerings. Cons: The major con is that there are no cameras! A camera in the main play areas would easily make this a 5/5 star place! Although we would love to see what our lil guy is doing, he is very happy to go and seems tuckered out in a good way after spending the day there. Another downside is that the dog park is extremely loud because it is right next to the highway/train - because of this we don't really enjoy using the space even though there is a ton of room - it might just be better for dogs that aren't as sound sensitive.

The best daycare and boarding in the city. The team takes the time to get to know and bond with our dogs. They don’t over book daycare to ensure the dogs are having fun, getting love and attention, and it is a safe place for them. Also, we love the dog park and use it to play together after we pick them up from daycare. If you want to go to a place where they truly care for your pet City Dogs is it!

Loved it! We actually found City Dogs KC through a KC Halloween 5k. We live about 30 minutes away but they were so amazing for our dog, Rosie! We got a report card and pictures on how she was doing. I was impressed how thorough they were during the whole process. Even though this was her first visit, they really got to know her. Plus, it was fun having a reason to head downtown when we dropped her off and picked her back up. We will definitely be back!!

Titus looked wonderful when I picked him up. City Dogs KC were very careful about what they did, since it was the first time. They were quick, and he was buoyant when I picked him up, and he smelled good. His ears were very clean. I will return when he needs grooming again.
