This is a nice little park with a short walking loop that is paved (five complete loops equals one mile). The park has a playground, picnic area, public restroom, and sufficient parking. There are several park benches along the walking trail. This is a nice place to go for a picnic or enjoy a short walk.

Play pad around equipment needs repaired. We visited in November 2025 and saw that its been pulled up in places where theres high traffic. Bathrooms need changing tables and should be resigned as family restrooms. Please add 2 or 3 more benches on the other side of the playground for parents. We bring our camping chairs when we go for this reason. I've always thought this place could use a big swing set and a splash pad too. For now, just maintaining the park appears to be a struggle. Visitors need to clean up and maintain the area too. Pick up after your dogs!!

Love this little park! It’s well-maintained and never very busy. Small trails to walk and a playground for the kiddos. There’s also a hidden creek! My only input would be to put in a swing set! Other than that, I’m totally thrilled with this place.

Tons of fun. My kids love this park. We even rented the pavilion last summer for their birthday parties. It has a big jungle gym, bathrooms, water fountain for people and dogs, as well as a nice walking trail and access to the creak. The only small downside is there is no swings, but we don't miss them when we're there. Tonight when we were there, we seen a deer. He was so close! 😍 We also love that the play set has ASL alphabet posted. I love the inclusivity of the deaf community. We love Clayton Park and are so thankful that it was built.
