I loved it, it was my first time hiking in this place. Very clean and with a good space.
What a gem. Just brings you into another world and you forget about all the nonsense around you (especially if you're coming from Framingham) and don't reside in one of the many nice areas- try this. It just quiets down and reminds you that it is a beautiful wirld and here's a healthy dose of it less than 5 minutes away Even when you are crossing parts that cross streets or Rte 9 or Pike, etc. any of the busier areas, you're just caught up in how beautiful the area truly is when you are able to stop and look around. So much so - I often take the ear buds off and just listen to the setting and wind up forgetting to put them back in. There's also the hit dog guy right smack dab 15 off the trail on Natick Framingham line with a couple picnic tables and benches. I'm no Zen Buddhist, more accurately a high strung South Boston Irish Catholic and I find some equanamity. In short, a great short or long walk with lots of smiles along the way. Seems I'm not the only one who goes from Grumpy bastard to Serenity walking along here!
Its a nice and flat trail, not a loop, you gotta go about mile back and forth. Ample parking at 1 School Street, Framingham, MA
Nice shared use path to bike and walk. Cool views of the water. Good connection between Framingham and Natick.
Beautiful! Very peaceful. Decent amount of parking. Most of it is a trail along a hill, but there are some flat spaces to put down a chair or a blanket and rest. Lots of swimming space!!!! I do wish more people would leash dogs on the trail!!!!
