Charming little square with a swing set slides and sand box designed for young children. Not adequate space to play softball or football, and there's no basketball either. Wonderful event area for preschool events.

A DEVINE and scenery landscape with a hint of majestic homes for the common, new modern day Middle Class dwellers. A must see for those of old money wanting to relocate from the East Coast, preferably from the New England States.

This is a wonderful gem set within a dense urban neighborhood. It's only a few blocks from BART, and a nice place to relax for a while. There is a small playset for the littlest ones, and a small patch of green lawn in the shade.

Colby park is a small green space in the middle of a traffic circle that used to be a pond. There is a playground with jungle gym and swings for small kids. Also, enough grass to have a picnic or play catch. Always sunny and safe.
