Nice small playground and field, with limited shade. BREC needs to understand that shade is extremely important for playgrounds. The playground is good for little kids, but it's intended, so adult supervision is required. The adjoining historic cemetery makes for an interesting visit as well. Note that this neighborhood park has no restrooms.

I've lived here for years and just recently found this place. Really cool park in a beautiful part of the city.

Nice place for kids and coffee time for adults 😀

Nice little park that also hosts children's soccer. During the soccer games, street parking can be scarce.

Fun for kids, directly adjacent to the Highland Cemetery, the oldest cemetery in Baton Rouge.
