A good size and well-kept dog park. Lots of trees provide much needed shade in the heat. We’ve yet to see other dogs there, though. If you’re reading this and considering this park for your dog, start going!! Me and my very friendly pupper will be frequenting it!

We were visiting family in Columbus and saw there was a dog park listed by Google. Our dog is a chihuahua/Jack Russell mix (small dog). We have never been to a park with a key pad and needing an access code, as well as a notice stating that there is a $25 fee for access! We then went online trying to get information, and on my phone I could not find anything. We went to a different dog park, and our pup loved it- it was on the other side of town, no fee, and we loved the challenges that were in the park. If you don't live here, go to this park instead: Emmylou Wischmeier Dog Park (Sponsored by Columbus Veterinary Services). This park was fantastic!

The state of Indiana does not allow tourists passing through to enter any of the dog parks. SIGN SAYS YOU GOT TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD TO GET INSIDE I will give them one star for the great ecclipse though

I have never had to pay to visit a dog in the past and still have not paid. What city charges people to use a public park or city property? Is Columbus IN that broke they have to charge citizens to use a public park?

We travel all over the country with our dog and we like to stop at the dog parks when we have time to let our dog run and play with other dogs and get some off leash exercise this was the first time ever we went to one where there was a fee.
