It’s a nice park… DESPITE OTHER REVIEWS— THERE ARE NOT TRANSIENTS….IT ISNT A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD… there is graffiti from time to time but the city does a GOOD job cleaning it up.. it’s a nice family park.. it’s nice and spacious… nice area to bring the kids, the dogs.. there are swings, playground, volleyball court, A pivilion. And a little field kids can play… it is a very comfortable and nice place.

Have you ever heard of a game called "horseshoes" children! Let me take you back in time when pickle ball courts did not exist, and all city parks including this one to this day had horseshoe courts! Fun little park next to a nature preserve of some sorts in the heart of Kearns. Say what you want about Kearns, but they have some awesome urban design destinations.

We reserved the pavilion for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. It was perfect. The park is not extremely busy. There are restrooms available. It was very easy for the kids to go from the pavilion area to the playground.
