My husband and I just bought our forever home here at Country Lake. In San Jacinto California just recently. My husband loves his fishing loves the lake.I love the scenery, the mountains, and the privacy and the quietness very beautiful and peaceful..Ali and Natasha our management they are both very polite and courteous .whatever questions or concerns we had they both addressed them right away. The community meetings were not anything I would recommend. my husband and I attended our first one to introduce ourselves. To get to know the residents they're at Country Lake. it was very unhealthy , disturbing and disrespectful towards management and some of the residents . wasn't productive at all. which is sad.We should all mind our own business and stop keeping tabs on all residents every move. Disrespecting the management or any other resident here is not acceptable. and discrimination also is NOT appropriate. And should NEVER be tolerated IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM . We're not in high school anymore . Natasha and Ali it is not fair to them. they both are trying their best to accommodate to everyone.they are new to the job. i do want to acknowledge all the staff who work here aswell at Country Lakes .they are amazing .they do a great job to keep our community beautiful and clean and safe. I would definitely recomend living here at Country Lake. It is such a beautiful place to live. lots of activities for the residents here as well . don't let a few bad apples ruin your future here its a beautiful place to live.

Just not what it used to be prior to Boa Vida buying the park. Rules and regulations are not enforced or selectively enforced. Problem residents are not dealt with and some pose danger to park. Still dealing with water shutdowns. Old and outdated clubhouse was supposed to be remodeled we are still waiting on that. They do have new day to day management and are bringing in a new regional manager and hopefully things will start to change. I would not recommend to anyone moving here until they have proven they are dedicated to making some positive changes.

The new management team is doing a wonderful job, in my opinion. There’s been hiccups the last year and a half, however management has been taking care of all my service request quickly and I see them activate throughout the park🙂. as well as getting feedback from residence, checking on our well-being.

Hello, i have been living in this place for so long With my mother, and it may be beautiful place to stay and enjoy and everything was fine. Nice people around and love. until, lately I noticed for a year now they have keep turning off the water every 2-4 times a month for whole day for two sometimes if we're lucky just 1-3 hours for whole place and it's hard to enjoy your day when you can't shower, water our plants, get some chores done, or use the restroom when there's no water. especially there are people who go to work and need to get ready, smell nice or look clean. There are times our gas off for a bit but it's emergency reasons I understand but water issue been over a year now it's to the point it feels it's non-stop. If there is a issue keep happening would you think you would need to check why it keeps happening so you can find away to replace it instead wasting time and money. I wonder even why pay the water bill if keeps turning off when we need it especially if we pay the water bill. Update is next week and their turning off the water again for 2 days. This is just annoying

I’ve been here for about 12 or thirteen years. Would I ever suggest others to move here, NO. This place use to be beautiful. Now, since a conglomerate company bought this park, it’s now ran down. This park is forty years old. Nothing gets a makeover, just a cheap repair job at best. Mostly by people who gave no idea as to what they are doing. Your water gets shut off almost weekly and your without water for from a few hours to 8 hours st a time. Gas pipes leaked and we were without gas for two weeks. The owners/management did nothing to help the residents. I had to call the county in yo help us. We had no stove, no heat, no dryer to wash clothes or even to shower. Our electricity was turned off and we had no TV, no cell phone service, nothing. I can go on and on, but I won’t. I would never ask my friends or enemies to live here. We haven’t had any amenities, club house, pool etc, but they still charge us as if we do. Many times the office is closed and WW have no one to call if we have an emergency. Again, the water was turned off again just yesterday. My opinion, don’t move here. The managers will tell you how wonderful this place is just because it’s their job to lle to you. ,
