Well maintained. Great for dogs and kids. Go off the path and up on the hill where the power poll is. There is a trail thru there. Fun.
Great park. Lots of shade with the trees surrounding the play structure otherwise the sand and slides would get way too hot. I wish more parents would bring their kids. Perfect park for a walk and to let the kids play. They have plenty of room to add swings next to the restroom and even a good size dog park if they wanted to. Or a little splash pad would be lovely. A Mom can dream.
This is a great neighborhood park. It's part of Antioch's neighborhood trail network system. With 2 picnic tables and bbqs, soccer field, baseball diamond, and dugouts, playground for the youngens, restrooms, and jogging trail. Please, keep your dogs on leash, and pick up after them, and don't litter.
Besides the fact someone ran over a pole that held doggie poop bags... and it's now gone.. hasn't been replaced.. means alot more dog poop in the grass. WATCH WHERE YOU WALK. & CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG. Otherwise my dog and I love this park. & we love seeing our neighbors on walks with their dogs.
Had a great picnic with the wife. Then went for a nice walk and plenty of space for the dog to run around and enjoy the open area.
