One of the nicest and most unique parks in San Francisco. There are plenty of spots to sit, there's a grassy area if you'd like to have a picnic, and there are porta-potties if you need to use one. There are great views of the bay and a platform so you can see everything. Also, the area is very clean and you could probably swim in the cove if you wanted. Not only is it a park, but also a historical site. There are many signs with information about people building ships and some remnants of the equipment. Overall, I highly recommend this park. You could easily spend a whole afternoon here.

I visited this scenic location in the evening during a rare rain. It felt sad to think about how priced out the city is, as well as the east bay, and the charm of SF being suppressed and hidden to inaccessible corridors as the rise of tech industry giants raze the middle class. 5 stars

Sunny and clean city park with a nice lawn, dog area and a small beach! I passed by the park during a run along the coast and enjoyed a little stop in this beautiful park. There are some picnic tables in the park which is awesome but otherwise there aren't a lot of facilities in the park so I think it has some potentials to be more interesting. The neighborhood feels modern and urban, has plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk.

Absolutely stellar, playful and uniquely situated park in Mission Bay / Dogpatch. Love the historical structures still standing and the playful silhouette paintings of boats that were build here. The beach looks like a stellar paddle board / wading area.

Wonderful little park in Dogpatch. Family-friendly and well-loved by locals! Clean public restrooms.
