Is very clean park. For me, I like all of the giant mature trees that are all over this park. Great place to launch a kayak or some kind of watercraft here by the river. There are loner life vest here if you want to go swimming in the river. Plenty of park benches and tables to relax at.

A really beautiful park to take your kids or to just go if you need some head space with a pretty view. Really clean as well. My only concern was that some dogs were unleashed and got pretty close to me. I’m not scared but my nephew was attacked before and has a phobia so had he been with me it’d have been a scary situation. It’s also good to consider if your dog may not be comfortable with another approaching their loved one.

The kids park leaves a lit to be desired, but Idlewild is right up the street with 2 nice parks, but this park has a nice walking trail & great views of the Truckee River, & a bunch of little bridges for all the "bikes on bridges" enthusiasts, not to mention it's a connection point for the Pyramid Tahoe Bike Path, a 110+ mile bike path that runs from N. Nevada to California.

I loved this hidden gem! My wife brought us here for a the first time today. Super cute little park right by the river! I loved the big trees and quietness of it. Will definitely be back!

There is plenty of parking, an okay playground that my 5 year old enjoyed. You can access the River with a spot to put your feet in. Lots of open field space and a little walking trail
