Fantastic dog park. Is fenced in, open year round, and has two zones; one for dogs under 20lbs and the other for over. Both zones are large open areas. The large dog zone also has a decently sized wooded/forest area for dogs to run around in. Fridays and Saturdays are usually packed.

Big open space, grassy, an area of trees with trails. Beautiful place to walk and play with dogs.

Make sure you’re registered, I’m new to the area and most dog parks look like you need to have a permit or day pass. This park is great, very big grassy area and parking is on the street in front so no lot but plenty of space. Some shady areas and a few benches and picnic tables scattered around, you can also walk a small woodsy area as well. Separate parks for small and large dogs, I’m reviewing the large dog spot. Bring your own water/bowls!

This dog park is spacious and well kept. There are benches and water bowls. I like the wooded area, it gives the dogs something to sniff around in. It is huge! So you have to walk around to keep an eye on your dog.

This dog park is one of the nicest dog parks I have ever been to. I have only lived in the area about 6 months but it is very clear to me that this location is well maintained and respected by the dog owners and park rangers. Curry Dog Park has two segments of off leash areas. One area is for 20lbs and smaller, the other is for 20lbs and above. Both of these segments have good amount of space for all dogs to run around in, dog poop bag stations, and bowls for water throughout the area. I have a 90lbs collie who loves to explore around. He is over 11 years old, so he does not do much running, but Curry park is normally filled with well-behaved energetic dogs that motivate my collie to eventually run. This park also has some pretty views of nature as there is a nice wooded area to walk through or around in. There are two entrances to the dog park, the first one (main entrance I think) is off of W Capitol Dr. This entrance to the parking lot could be a little tricky getting in and out of as it is a very narrow drive through, and during busy parts of the day endless traffic making it difficult to exit. The second entrance is off of Menomonee River Pkwy with plenty of curb side parking, and a lot easier to enter and exit the park. In the several times I have visited this park, I have yet to run into any park rangers though. If you and your pup is in the area this is a must visit location for your dog!
