Little gem of a state park! This place is great for mountain biking or hiking! The trails have a good variety of skill levels, and there is something for everyone. A couple small skills sections too, to train drops or jumps. Almost never crowded unless you go on a weekend in the summer. The hike to hidden falls is lovely and hidden falls is such a cute tucked away spot!

Curt Gowdy State Park is absolutely stunning! The scenery here is breathtaking—rolling hills, unique granite formations, crystal-clear lakes, and endless skies that make every corner of the park feel magical. The trails are so well kept and offer something for everyone, from peaceful hikes and fishing spots to exciting mountain biking routes and hidden waterfalls. The sunsets over the reservoirs are unforgettable, and it’s one of those places where you can truly slow down and soak in the beauty of nature. Wildlife is abundant, the air feels fresh and pure, and the whole park has such a vibrant, calming energy. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a peaceful escape, this park is perfection. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Wyoming—it’s a true gem!

Absolutely stunning. If you find yourself in this portion of the state and got $12 on hand, go get yourself a day pass and explore the natural beauty here! The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful when trying to figure out how to pay for the pass!

Very beautiful park. I do not recommend taking a normal car down some the roads especially if you have suspension issues. The roads are a bit rough. The views I this park are breath taking. I can't wait to come and visit again.

Beautiful park! The debit card machine was down and I didn’t have cash. The man working the visitor center was very helpful. The restrooms were clean. Trails were beautiful and worth every entrance penny. The aspens were beautiful in early October.
