It's a wonderful place for a peaceful walk. One loop is about 1.25 miles. It's beautiful in all seasons. There's a lot to see here.

Nice place for all ages. Good for kids. Artist playground inside is nice and different. Plenty of dogs on walks as well. Plenty of benches to sit on and nice open spaces all around. Decent amount of free parking as well. Great place overall for some fresh air and exercise.

This is one of the park that are on the top of our list. It has got a long loop for your walk. I see people from all age groups enjoying. Kids enjoy their bike / scooter. Lot of green area / picnic tables / parking areas. The walking path is very wide and you feel relaxed. I have seen many new trees are getting planted from arboretum. Definitely Maintenance is the priority. I don’t mind driving few miles to be this lively place and get the positive energy. Update - 8/26/2023 - the charm and beauty continues to attract the goodness in you.

Review: Park Visit on February 23, 2025 Today, on February 23, 2025, we visited the park, but unfortunately, our walk was overshadowed by the fact that most of the pedestrian paths were covered in ice. We kindly ask the park management to pay attention to the quality and safety of the pedestrian walkways, as this could lead to injuries. Thank you! Olga

Best municipal park in the City of Framingham, MA, for all ages: Most used aspect of the park is for walking and biking on the paved circuit (up to 1.1 miles around); play area for younger children; open fields for frisbee and other recreational activity (including picnics). Ample seating (in good condition) is provided along the paved circuit. Three parking lots on different sides of the park are available to the public. Really excellent place for physically disabled persons with walkers or wheelchairs. (No electric motor scooters or bikes — don’t know whether this is a formal regulation, but community standards in this regard are respected.) Farm Pond Park is across Dudley Road from Cushing and also very popular place, with its own parking lots and access point for Farm Pond.
