Decent for mountain biking, the pond side has some decent steep techy downhills, while the great plain/Needham street side has a pump track. In the middle of the two there is so varied terrain, along with a single/double black drop. Pond side is good for hiking and dog walking.

Very nice to walk! You'll see many people with their dogs. Some parts are not easy if you are in you bike but you will enjoy it. Parking is always enough because is not very crowded and it's free! Feel the air, listen the birds, stay in peace :)

What a magnificent place, great trails for walking and biking. If you have a dog...this is the place to bring him, it has a beautiful pond where you might see some swans, ducks and other birds flocking around. Highly recommended for a day out enjoying and exploring nature!

This is a good area for walking, but I didn't like that the entire trail was along or close to the highway. So we listened to the sounds of cars the entire walk. We walked all the way and it took 1.40 hours (4.3 miles)
