Love this community..But I still have not got access to the parks even tho I've been living here for 3years ..Anyone know who I can talk too about getting a key.

Really nicely kept, clean and gated. Not much to do for smaller kids, more ideal for kids 6 and up. Would be nice if they added at least some swings for the smaller kid's, but overall, it's nice.

Ok so before now I had not had a clear understanding on a lot of HOA rules but BRIAN when I tell you he is AMAZING!!! He took time out and gave me so much detail and it never felt like I was being judged as with other members. Brian made me feel so comfortable and I appreciate all the information he gave me! I love it here, I only gave this review 4 stars based on interactions I’ve had with Michelle she’s rude and crass and a condescending tone but Brian bumped up the two star review to a 4THANK YOU SO MUCH Brian oh ADAM ROCKS TOO very informative

This is a private park which is maintained by the HOA and residents of the Cypress Pointe community. It is fenced and has locked gates which you need a key fob to enter. The park is well taken care of, it has sheltered areas with picnic tables and a playground. The only thing it's really missing is a water fountain.
