This is a beautiful place for friends and families. The lake has many good fishing spots and a nice variety of ducks. There are several areas where you can have a barbecue. It also has a dog park, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking and playground area.

What a clean park, with so many different sports. The lake to fish in is pretty big and looks to be kept well. Not to mention the restrooms and the splash pad. Wow. Very impressive it be nice to have this in Tucson. Mom & my working girl.

We are travelers. So we seek out dog parks for Millie to find friends and have off leash freedom. This is such a nice big park. Lots of dog obstacles and points of interest. There is also water available. Quite clean and well maintained. Important for travelers: ample large parking lots for those towing or with big rigs.

Had been here before when it was called Columbus Park, can totally understand why it was switched, but not being from around here, not sure for whom it is named. Had a nice quite dinner under a tree watching the ducks and listening to the dogs. Very peaceful.
