Nice large fenced dog park. Mostly dirt, but some grassy and shady areas also. Lots of well behaved dogs here, along with some benches and plenty of water. Great highway stop. Plenty of parking.

I literally walked in there for five minutes and my dog got cornered and attacked by three other dogs and the owner just said oh it's pack time while my dog was trying to fight for her life in the corner. Absolutely not that is completely ridiculous. That is a quick way to teach your dog to either be afraid or to attack other dogs in any scenario. She is not a part of your pack. She is a part of my pack and I am the alpha too bad you can't control your own pack. Never again going somewhere where my dog just gets attacked as soon as we walk in.

Took my baby here to play for the first time when it was 100°+ only because I was homeless and don't know Chico so I don't know where to go. Anyway, the fence and gates are good, there's water fountains and faucets but there's HARDLY ANY SHADE!!! Only good thing is someone had put a kiddie pool there for the dogs to play in.

Great place. Lots of friendly dogs and friendly people. Lots of room for the dogs to run around and play and exercise. There are tables and benches in shaded areas, and a kiddie pool for the dogs to splash around in. Several buckets of water so the dogs won't go thirsty.
