Found off street parking easily ( must pay on meter) The park has trees and a cute off leash gravel area for dogs. Waited awhile before other dogs showed up. It’s surrounded by grass and trees plus a nice wide paved walkway ( watch for people on Lime bikes going fast). There was security on premises and park employees with chairs so anyone could sit or ask questions. There’s a small playground here too.

A great park to explore and walk through with huge trees and beautiful flowers in the spring and summer! You can see great views of South Lake Union downtown area through the trees with some cool building architectures.

BEAUTIFUL PARK AND NICE PEOPLE VISIT HERE. A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN AND HIS WIFE INVITED ME TO FEED THE SQUIRRELS WITH THEM AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THERE KIND WELCOME AND THE ADORABLE GENTLE LITTLE SQUIRRELS THAT CLIMBED ONTO MY JEANS AND POLITELY ACCEPTED NUTS WE OFFERED WITH THERE TINY LITTLE HANDS. IT WAS TRULY A SPECIAL PART OF MY VISIT TO SEATTLE.

Peaceful botanical park within South Lake Union. It is lined with many beautiful trees & wild flowers along a city backdrop. A great escape from the buzzy city life. My hotel was closeby so i was able to walk through & enjoy the views daily.

Gorgeous to walk through. I’m so glad I got to see this while everything is blooming. My sinuses will hate me later but it’s worth it.
