Deptford Doggie Park

Great dog park featuring a side for big dogs and a side for small dogs. Well maintained. Even has a Dog First Aid Kit! Definitely recommend! A+!

Deptford Dog Park is close and convenient, which makes it a good local option. There’s accessible water for the dogs, which is definitely a plus, and the location is easy to get to. That said, the park could use some improvements. There are a few shaded structures, but they don’t actually shade the benches or offer much relief from the sun. Most of the ground is dirt and sand, which can get pretty messy, especially after rain. One thing that’s more about the visitors than the park—some people don’t clean up after their dogs, which makes the experience less enjoyable for everyone else. Overall, it’s a decent park, but better shade and ground maintenance would make a big difference.

Friendly dogs and the humans aren't too bad either. First time here and everyone was welcoming and excited to play with our puppy. My only complaint is that here as with most dog parks, people do not clean up after there dog. There were multiple piles of poop that we had tp keep our dog from. Please pick up after your dog.

Quiet little dog park. Little dirty (trash) but not sure if it's always like that or just because of all the wind. There were some wrappers, condoms, and plastic bags strewn about. However there's plenty of water and poo bags. It's separated into large/small dog areas. Not much in way of enrichment toys for the dogs, but plenty of people have left balls, ropes and other toys. This worked well for my dog, who has anxiety. We were the only ones there for about 30 mins and another (bigger) dog showed up and went into the other pen.

Great dog park. Has poop bags, benches, shade area, trash cans, water, lots of toys, agility structures, area for small and large dogs. No lock or code to enter. Mostly sand. Active local dog owners. Plenty or parking out front. 100 ft walk to large dog area. There is no big sign on the street so you have to look for the entrance. Great spot for pups of all ages and sizes!
