Dezzys Second Chance goes above and beyond to make sure each and every dog is loved and cared for. We adopted Lucy and she is an incredible dog!! We are forever grateful to this amazing rescue!

We adopted two dogs a year ago from Dezzy's Second Chance. We couldn't have gotten two better dogs. We have kept them on the same schedule they were use to at the rescue. When we are headed out the door, they have already walked theirselves in to their crates. Dezzy's puts their heart and soul in their rescues. ❤️🐾🐾

I adopted my sweetheart Hava from Dezzys second Chance Rescue. What an amazing job Sandra did.. She was kind, helpful l and smart through the whole entire process. I knew the furbaby I was adopting was in the best health as Sandra, her team and Vet did an amazing job to ensure she was healthy and happy. I have also contacted them when I had questions. My experience with this rescue was wonderful. We adopted our dog after their careful screening and application process, as well as home visit. There were several applications for GiGi and we were lucky enough to be chosen as her new family. She is now lucky enough to have a big brother poodle!

Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue is truly an amazing rescue. They rescue dogs that everyone else has given up on. These are animals that are so sick or injured that other rescues would not take on the expense and effort needed to save them. Sandra has dedicated over 25 years of her life to the care and rehabilitation needed by these unwanted dogs. Her physical and emotional investment in their care and treatment is incredible. The dog we adopted from Dezzy's, Ellie Mae, was barely alive when she was rescued by Sandra. Their vet said her surgery was one of the most extensive and difficult he had ever performed. Dezzy's took care of the cost of that surgery, and all of the follow up care she needed. Today she is a playful, energetic, loving member of our family. I tell her all the time how lucky she was to meet Sandra, and how grateful we are that Sandra found her, and that we found Sandra.
