It would be nice if instead of pebbles, it has grass. Also, people throws food and pieces of chicken bones on yhe ground. People don't clean their dog's poop🙄

When I arrived I assumed that it was public. Its not. One of the residents said it was fine so we stayed for a little while. Unlike some people, I clean up after my dog. The fenced in area was filthy. Dried out and weeks old feces was present so we booked it out of there quickly. For 2 grand a month for a one bedroom apartment, one would assume the staff actually did maintenance on the place but with as nasty as the park was, they do nothing. When I binned my dogs business, the thing was almost as full as the ground itself. To the staff at these apartments ... Do something. Do anything. My goodness its a wonder the place isn't condemned. The only reason this is not one star is the rest of the grounds OUTSIDE the fenced in area actually looks nice. But we weren't about to stay just in case there was any parasites from all the mess.

If you lookup the dog park in the town of Fairview’s parks and Rick page it tells you that the dog park is connected to the Overture but it is a public dog park for Fairview and gives you the gate code to access it.

Not a park for the public. Access is only through the apartment complex. Looks nice though. Hopefully this comment will help others not waste their time trying to drive over there like I did. Lol.

Close to home. Rarely other dogs there, but enough smells to get my hound dog noses busy
