Our dog Nuhni LOVES this beach!! Its clean, not overly crouded and Lots of friendly puppies to hang with and he enjoys watching the boys swim with dad.

If your dog doesn't mind other dogs this is a great area to let your dog free to enjoy the beach (my kids loved it). Parking is around $2.75 an hour and the lot is checked regularly as I saw a few tickets issued while I was there. Cars were constantly moving in and out so there seemed to be spots regularly available while I was there. To access the beach from the parking lot, while looking toward the ocean there is a ramp to the right where the bathrooms are located.

Our puppy had a blast at the dog beach! It was WINDY so make sure you bring a sweater. Parking was not an issue. There are lots of dogs off leash so keep that in mind. If you choose to off leash your pup, bring a really yummy treat for easier recall since it gets crazy. Overall, we all had a very great time!
