I have a 4 month old poodle who is very active , she loves to be around other dogs and takes play time very seriously. I was recommended to come to this dog park and was not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly. There were a few dogs who should not have been at the park but after getting into several issues with different dogs those owners left the park. I was very nervous because this was our first time going to a dog park. But did not regret it at all. My baby played so much and was very sad and cried the whole way home.

There’s not much for the dogs to do activity/agility wise, as the equipment is broken and poorly maintained now, but if you’re the only one in the dog park there’s plenty of running space. Beware: it can get dirty, dusty, and muddy as the grass isn’t maintained well. Your dog will come back orange or brown when they’re done LOL. Unfortunately as far as local dog parks go, this one is rife with “pet parents” who don’t pay attention to or manage their dogs. And sometimes even when they’re “attentive” they are piss poor at behavior management and think it’s funny when their dog pesters or follows, or jumps obsessively at dogs who are trying to get spade. It’s a bizarre vibe lol. I do not understand why people think dog parks are free pet sitting or hands-off activities, but this is frequently the issue I run into at this location. I have had more than one incident of someone too busy on their phone to recall their dog, who went after mine. Yesterday I also witnessed two people who had left their dog unattended while they were at a picnic table until they felt like going in to retrieve their dog (from the small side.) We did make a handful of polite pet parent pals, but they are diamonds in the “ruff” at this location. If you go at odd hours, or on overcast days, you’ll be blessed with an empty and quiet dog park. When it’s empty my larger dog has a great time running her little legs off, but we’ve had too many close-calls for me to continue tandem play or group play here with either of my dogs and “stranger pups.” It’s not worth it which is a shame because it’s conveniently close to me. Bring your own water also!! The pumps don’t always work here on either side.

Nice park has Waterford dogs,or to wash them off if they get to dirty. Has two sides 1 for large and1 foe small. Could use a couple more benches. Only negative is there is one entrance for both sides no double gate so you really need to watch so only your dog goes out. Also the gates are too close together so there's no room for someone co.i g in if someone else is coming out..

Perfect place to take your pets. They have separate places for small and big dogs and there is a water tank and bags.

I wish there was more grass than the mud and rocks but its still a decent area for the dog to run free. Nice separation for big and little dogs.
