Dog Park

I hadn't been to this park off Equestrian (in Henderson) in years. I love this park. Not only is there the dog pens. But, there is HELL'a acres behind do you can walk in the desert. On the other side is an Equestrian area with pens. Henderson, Nv. Has OUTSTANDING parks!

I was sadly disappointed having just moved to the area and decided to walk the trail from Harris to the dog park with my dog. Totally forgotten by the city and government, it's a true shame! Coming a second time a few months later proved to be no better than the first. The trail we do enjoy walking, even though trash is littered everywhere, along with broken glass and over flowing trash cans all along. I bring poop bags for my dog and trash bag's to pick up trash as I go. It doesn't even put a dent in the situation. I added some nicer pictures and gave one star just to be able to make the post. It deserves no star's in my opinion.

There is a lot of waste all over in the sand but it is a nice area to let our dog play some fetch. There is water provided which is good

It is so disgusting inside where dogs play. People do don't clean after themselves and it's bad. Don't waist time unless your ok with dog poop everywhere

Update: I have just arrived at the park, and I must say, it is in much better condition compared to the last time I visited. Great job, everyone! Note: Gates need repairs
