Pretty nice place for kids. Great view on marina. All the facilities, water fountain, bathrooms, tables and benches. 20% of the park shaded. The playground will attract smaller kids 2-5 yo. Still there is only paid parking here (unless you live in the area).

This is a charming park. The play equipment was well kept, and the park was tidy and clean. Our 3 year old twin grandsons loved it. There was a gentle slope in the pathway which made for a fun scooter circuit. Slopes are uncommon in Miami. We were the only ones in this park on a late Saturday afternoon. The green iguanas basking on the sea wall were fascinating to watch. There is a book swap 'street library' in the park from which we borrowed a kids book. Next time we visit we'll add some books to it.

This park is very popular in NBV for weekend events by various groups as well as weekdays. It is conveniently located in the middle of NBV. There is a children's playground, strolling around the park, park benches, and a nice view of Biscayne Bay. There is a restroom, a shade area if it is too hot and too sunny, and it is entirely fenced with a child proof gate lock. A new condo is being built next to it, so there will no doubt be more people using this park. Parking spots are also designated in front of the park.
