I am so grateful with the assistance on the permit department especially with the permit technician Ruth Manzanares an incredible lady so kind and so helpful, my best recommendations for her incredible job to help to get my plumbing permit....Thnx. so much!!!!

I am writing to express my frustration with the services provided by the Duncanville City Hall. Since moving into my current residence, I have faced significant difficulties in transferring utility accounts to my name. Despite my efforts, I have been sent back and forth between the utility company and the City Hall without resolution for over two months. This resulted in unnecessary fines of $50 each month. It was only after persistent follow-up that the issue was finally identified and resolved. I urge the City Hall to improve their training and customer service practices to ensure that residents do not face such inconveniences in the future. The lack of communication and coordination has caused undue stress and financial burden.”

Great receptionist in the front a lady who is welcoming a Spanish lady really nice. The water department has a tall guy really nice. The food permit lady is a little hard to work with but the service is okay a 3 out of 5... I guess depending who you go with and how they feel that day .

ANYONE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH T BASS HARASSING AND WATCHING YOUR HOUSE Ever since we bought this house in duncanville T BASS always finds something wrong at my house . The neighbors have a whole farm chickens goats ducks roosters and My neighbor across the street hasn’t cut their grass in over 2 months The neighbor next to them has a car with the engine hanging out the bottom but being able to be seen Trash on the side of my house is an issue for “property value “ I been waiting on waste management to replace my trash can they threw away in their trash truck . It’s been a year that I’ve been waiting. I didn’t know I bought into a HOA OF DUNCANVILLE. T BASS if you read this please do better and don’t be outta pocket . You say property value like you own the city . You work for the city and are a public servant dont forget that and don’t let the job get over your head . I also will be leaving a repot . T BASS STRIKES AGAIN JAN 6/2026 Parked on my grass to unload my van and he came to take a picture when I went inside I have him on camera he usually leaves when he sees me outside . These predatory actions are ridiculous . Imma end up selling my house and moving outta Duncanville I don’t recommend anyone buy in this city you’ll soon meet Terrance bass

Most of the staff is great! However, I recently had a conversation with Shatasha or Tasha not sure exactly what her name is and she legit hung up the phone as I was thanking her for answering some of my questions. How do we want the world to be a better place if it simply starts with mannerisms. Customer service says it all!
