Really run down. There was caution tape roping off some of the playground equipment because there are giant holes in the slides. No public restrooms but a few covered picnic table areas. The tall trees provide some shade as well. Swings are fine but the leg holes are very small on the baby swings.

I had high hopes for this park after seeing so many positive reviews on the Cordova park Facebook group. It's a cute park but it could use some much needed maintenance. There is some severe rust separating some parts of the walking area. On the ground near the little kid area the titles are coming loose. They are more of a hazard being there than a boon. I will give points to the repair done with diamond playing on the stairs. I wish someone would do that to the park in Bay cliff estates. We will be back again and hopefully some much needed maintenance will be done to the park by then.

Not a bad place to play. A nice park that's within the neighborhood. People are friendly that those live around. It can get very hot during the summer but great during the cool weather and spring, fall and winter. The structure are a bit outdated and could need some refurbishment. Other than that it is not bad.

Nice and shady. Not allowed to drink though. So not really a cowboy park.

Great park to take the kids out too. Parking isn't bad and it's secluded in a nice neighborhood close to Cordova Elementary School. Lots of benches for the adults and a large covered area for gatherings.
