Eco Park Apartments

Lived here for 2.5 years and really can't say enough great things about them. The leasing office staff is always very clear and quick with communication, accomodating with lease changes, and always seemed to genuinely care about me as a person. Maintainence was absolutely always quick to respond to any requests and they were always courteous (even toward my kitties!). While the units themselves are a bit dated, they are spacious, cozy, and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend renting here in a heartbeat.

I lived in this complex for 4 semesters and have absolutely no complaints. It’s safe, well kept, quiet, and friendly! The landlords are wonderful and work very hard to keep this complex looking clean, and are very reliable with any help you need. It’s close enough to campus to feel involved but far enough away from the hustle of NIU.

I have stayed in Eco Park for two years, the only reason I leave is due to completion of my degree. The property management is always kind and professional. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and communicates well if an issue arises. I would absolutely recommend this complex. Britney is the office is wonderful to work with and also simply chat with.

My roommate and I had a good experience with Eco Park! Britney's assistance made the application and move in process very easy. The office is on site and she was always happy to help or even just have a friendly chat. There were no major problems during our lease and management was quick to address any concerns or repairs needed. We also appreciated the timely communication to residents about building repairs, inspections, etc. The area is usually quiet despite being so near to campus and the residents are a mix of students and non-students.

My time at Eco Park was short, but I have enjoyed every second of it. Britney and Jessica the building managers have been absolutely amazing and so beyond helpful, whether that was with any questions that I had and the actual process of renting and writing up a lease. I would 100% recommend Eco Park and axiom properties to anyone that was looking for a place to live here in DeKalb. Even the maintenance crew is on top of what needs to be done and are very helpful. 10/10!
