Very clean park with water fountains, bathrooms, swings for both infants and older children. It has a mixture of soft asphalt, sand and wood chips in the play areas. Large park with baseball backdrop and basketball court near by. Also a walking trail around the edge

Sandwiched between two neighborhoods and right off of Thousand Oaks Blvd, this is a large park popular for soccer games, parties, jogging, and dog walking. There is a basketball court, a covered patio area, a playground, horseshoe court, and a large grassy field. Bathrooms are unisex and lock after dark. There's parking all around the park but its shared with the nearby condos and mechanics. The playground has been renovated in the last few years and is very nice. There are also a number of majestic, tall oak trees that shade much of the park.

Homeless people had locked themselves in the only 2 restrooms at the park and were sleeping in there for the whole 3 hours of my daughter's 3rd birthday party. This park is honestly for the homeless people only. In reading other reviews it's possible that parks and rec is keeping the restrooms closed due to the homeless problem in which case never plan an event at this park. When I called parks and Rec about the restrooms they had me call the police to resolve it. Did parks and rec have me waste police resources to try and get the restrooms open when their own maintenance guys aren't opening the restrooms? Something stinks.

Cute little park located just off of Thousand Oaks Blvd. It has a great playground for kids with structured to climb and play on. However, be aware that there are no real lights around the park, so I would not suggest going there after sundown.

Currently here at the moment sitting in my car catching up on some emails. Pros: Its a nice scenic and spacious park in a residential area. It looks safe. Cons: there is a homeless presence and the bathrooms are closed. A big no no in my book.
