Very great place Love it friendly atmosphere everybody has cool dogs most very well behaved also a lot of room for them to run around and tire it out they could use a little more maintenance on the bark around the bench areas other than that it's perfect lots of shade

GREAT PARK, Unfortunately, We haven't been there in several months 😕, my little one was physically abused by a regular individual. Her little one growled at me and my little one went into protected mode, they shuffled, and the other dogs owner came over and grab my poodles arm and AGGRESSIVELY HURT HER ARM 😕, We haven't been back, we don’t want any further issues, after i told her she had no right to hurt hurt my dog, she should have tried to control hers, she said" oh yes I do? I TOLD her you dont own the park and you have no right to hurt my pet. UNTIL THIS DAY MY POODLE WILL SHOW ME HER ARM, WHEN SHES SAD. I called the non emergency police line, they said" its better to avoid the park, and the problem. FYI: it is not ok to abuse another dog, now we dont know where to take our babies. And they are so bored, if anyone knows of a good place, please any suggestions would be appreciated

Nice park for both small & large dogs.. however, make sure your dog is socialized. As to prevent aggressive and dangerous behavior amongst other pets.

I like this park a lot. I’ve met some really friendly dogs and owners that have made it a good little community to go back to. There is a huge area for the big dogs to really get their running out. I miss coming here.. The only downside is that a Rottweiler attacked my dog there. The couple who are owners of this dog did not get up to get their dog off mine, to check if mine was ok, or to even remove their dog from the park. This attack prompted another dog, a Belgian Malinois, to jump in on the attack and viciously bite at my dog’s neck. Luckily that dog’s owner stepped in to help stop the attack and came to check on my dog after we both removed our animals from the park. There’s some dog owners that don’t have their dog well trained and do not react or care to correct their dogs poor behavior. Scenarios like this can cause good dogs to become reactive, aggressive and learn bad behavior. If you encounter an attack that cause your dog to be injured, be sure to get the other owners information, insurance, license, phone number, and file a report. Proceed with caution.

A much needed third space for Modesto. Your dog will LOVE it! If someone smokes or brings food in, it's time to leave as they probably won't have a well behaved dog. You can kinda read the people who come here and see easily if they are trustworthy or not. The vast majority are, I've only had to leave twice and I've been here several times a week for half a year now.
