The park was clean and decent. My low rating is for the owners who wouldn’t come into the park while my dog and I were there. He’s a 2yr hound, slender, and shy. I’m a POC and a woman. One owner asked if we would be there for a while, and I nodded. Yes, he got back in his car and drove off. About 15 minutes later, another woman walked her dog outside the park and wouldn’t come in until my dog and I left. My dog just wanted to play with other dogs, so it was really disappointing that he didn’t get the chance to.

It was very nice when it first opened. It went downhill very quickly. A lot of dog owners here are clueless and don't discipline their dogs, nor do they pick up after their dogs. Also, lots of negligent parents let their kids play on the equipment meant for dogs, so half of the equipment (see-saw, jump, etc.) has been broken since opening. The grass has turned mostly to dirt and mud, little to no maintenance done by the municipality. This could be such a wonderful dog park for the regulars who come here, if it was better maintained and people stop letting their 2-4 kids run loose and break things. Also, there was a dog attack in the past year, with the victim dog allegedly dying due to injuries. Be careful with bringing your dogs here. If you don't mind the drive, go to the dog parks at Montclair or Wood-Ridge instead.

Medium sized dog park with an agility course. 60% covered in grass and leftover dog poo here and there. Not busy Sunday afternoon when I went there. My dog enjoyed the open space and the people there were nice. I would come back here the for agility course. Only one shared space for all sizes of dogs, so well socialized dogs is a must especially for all sizes.

I came to this park today for the first time. Let me tell you it was hideous. The bottom of the gates had tons of holes in it that the dogs could slip out then was dog poop all over the place, because people don't know how to clean up after their dogs, half the toys and activities that were there were either broken or bent out of shape. The grass was horrible now. This has nothing to do with the fact that there was no doruk bags there because that's the dog owner's responsibility, but the holes in the bottom of the fence and not cleaning up after your dogs, this place should be shut down.

Nice place to take the dog for a sunny day and open area. Safe place and nice dog playground. Not busy most of the time. Most of the time empty 👍🏻
