I’ve lived here almost a year and just resigned my next lease. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate them being dog friendly apartments! They even have a nice dog park with two different sections that can be closed off so your pets can run off leash safely.

I've been here almost 3 months and I really have no complaints. I've had a few issues but the were taken care of in a timely manner. My washer started leaking water everywhere, told them that next morning which was a Friday. It was ordered that same day and I had a brand new, high capacity washer installed and waiting when I arrived home from work Monday. I've never had a problem with office personnel, they're friendly. Professional, but friendly. What more could you ask for? I had a problem with my AC on a Saturday, it was fixed that same day not 30 minutes later. So far so good!

BEWARE!!!!!! First and foremost, we thankfully don’t live here and NEVER will. Keeping $200 from us for “administration” fees after putting us through what we experienced was a small price to pay to not be locked in here for a whole year. INFESTED with roaches, left unclean, completely busted window only fixed with tape LEFT unfixed, molded foods left in the fridge, no smoke detector (ILLEGAL) amongst so many other things! The absolute smallest thing they could’ve atleast fixed for us was the kitchen cabinet that would not close, and even that was left untouched. Our second walk-through, things were still left messed up, and just painted over, they did so kindly leave us a gift of a joint in a cabinet. Let this be a reminder you legally don’t have to move into a roach infested apartment. If you are looking to pay over 1,300 a month for roaches of both kinds and no communication, this is the place for you!

$1300 a month for a green pool and a busted water heater that they haven't fixed in five days? Do not waste your time or money. This place used to be decent but it's really gone down hill.
Edit: since I am unable to reply to the response given by the complex, I will say, I lived here for nearly a year. I'm glad that I'm no longer in your resident database.

I live here and my lease won’t be up for a minute. I thought abt breaking it or seein if there’s a way to get out of it. This place is overpriced slums. I had been trying to get maintenance to come out and fix a leak under my sink foreva he came out and looked at it and said he had to order A part, which is ridiculous because Lowe’s is across the street. It’s still got a small drip. I just keep a bucket under sink. Maintenance smokes ganja during the day (yea I’ve seen it with my own eyes) which whatever but they ain’t do nothin around here. You can hear gunshots most nights and I have had to call the police for that and the loud music shaking the apartments. I have 2 babies and that be real scary. it does no good to call the office or complain. Manager gots an attitude. When you go in the office you don’t get a normal hello can i help you. She will look up when she feels like it and ask you “what’s up?” The price is here are too expensive for what they are offering. Best comparison I can come up with is It’s like I’m paying for a Wagyu steak and they hand me a chicken liver hotdog. The cabinets are pressed wood that are falling apart. When was looking she told me they could put new cabinets but it would be an extra hundred and somethin dollars a month. Which is wild to me! The countertops are spray painted and peeling. The bathtubs are spray painted peeling and moldy already. It looks like my four-year-old painted the walls. paint from the walls on the ceiling paint on the walls paint on the cabinets. Water fixtures are old and need to be replaced.
Parking is terrible. I have had to park two buildings over most days. It’s really inconvenient when you are trying to get to babies in the house in the rain or cold . I have tried to get reserved parking, but they charge a crazy amount for that and there’s a waiting list. They polish it up and make it look “nice” and you don’t see the extent of the “landlord specials” until you move in. I would not recommend these apartments to a family of roaches.
If you thinking about moving here move somewhere else! 2/10 would not recommend!
