You would think as many events that Fishers Parks hosts they would AT LEAST be organized. My business was initially approved to be a vendor at the Spark Event but due to a family emergency we won’t we able to attend. I called ahead of time to cancel our participation and was told that my invoice would be cancelled and I won’t be charged the remaining balance. Today, (almost a week later) my account was charged. I called explaining the situation and expressed how disappointed I was, waited HOURS for a decent response, was told I would be getting a FULL refund including the deposit and transaction fees for the inconvenience yet I was only given a partial refund. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve been calling back and forth since 10am! It’s a Friday so their office won’t be back open until Monday but best believe I’ll be showing up at the Farmer’s Market tomorrow to get this situated once and for all. This is NO way to treat a local small business. Pathetic.
This city wants to be like “trendy” Carmel so bad smh 🤡 ran city
Great park, loaded with fun loving sports minded children and youth with their supportive parents. The Negative= never a live person reachable- no responses to phone messages and e-mails. We need sand topped of on the VB- court, we are playing there since 2010 for 5 hrs every Sunday but the sand is now almost blown away and it is really hard on our feet and backs!
The recent storm brought down a huge tree from the woods and into our yard at Eller Commons. The tree belonged to the Heritage Park and two very courteous and hard working gentlemen from Fishers Parks and Recreation took care of it. They took care of the fallen tree, sparing me a few for firewood and cleaned up my yard too!! Thank you!!
After being told over the phone that I wasn't using the appropriate electronic device to register for a class offered by the Fishers Park and Recreation Department, I went into the office to register for the class. As it turned out, the personnel there were not able to get their own software to work either and were not able to register me for the class. I filled out the paperwork, waited another ten minutes, and when they still couldn't get their own software to work, I asked that they email me when the software was working. They assured me that they would, telling me that I could make payment over the phone. I told them that would be fine. That was a week ago today and I've not heard from them.
When Google exported structured hours, they’re surfaced here instead of being buried in the raw payload.
