This is an excellent place for a birthday party. The picnic tables are spacious, there is a dedicated spot to hang a pinata and spacious “buffet table” set up to place all the food for the guests to serve themselves. Overall, a well designed, functional space. The best part of the park is the little stream where my kids loooove to play!! Remember to bring a change of clothes!!

Attended a wedding under the Wedding Tree over the weekend with a reception afterwards. Plenty of shade available. I could have done with more marked pathways to the parking lot, and a smoother trail with packed dirt. I use a cane for walking and it was loose dirt, tough footing from the wedding to the reception area. But it is very beautiful.

I so love this park ,away from the city and surrounded by nature..very beautiful..brings back so many memories w the family on Easter days for years, its big and plenty of tables or picnic areas, bathrooms are clean. You can see the water stream weeks after rain, during the week its less crowded,so relaxing!!

Hidden gem on the old highway 80 that I learned from my job. Wonderful park for people and dogs to walk through with all the nice shading provided by tons of trees, with lots of parking and seating. A spring runs the length of the park other than where you can hike. The park is a mix of grass and dirt areas, has plenty of playgrounds for little kids, has plenty of bathrooms, and lots of parking. The seating areas are so much that you could still get away from the sounds of other people and still be in shade. They also have a wedding gazebo for rent and a wedding tree (with a huge canopy to enjoy). Pay $3 to park/help sustain the park and relax in this gem.
