It’s a very nice water spray park, but to be noted, it is only for Fort Lee Residence and their friends. Residence could apply for badges at the office building next to the park, and each family got at least 4 badges. My kids and their friends really like it, it’s clear and nice, and after 4 pm the park is mostly covered by shades from the trees, which is another great benefits for a hot hot summer day. Recommend to all Fort Lee families.

It is a very joyfull place for kids in summer time. My four stars it is only for shadow absence and not enough seats to sit. So, myrecommend to everyone who would like to attend this sprinkles park in summer: take with you an umbrella, sunscreen remedy and beach chair

At the time of my visit, about 1:30 with my wife and grandson and granddaughter, the park was fairly busy. But not crowded. There are a couple of parks that merge together. You have a spray park for the young with several separate water features with 2 high schooler water park guards. A hand ball section, a tennis section, basketball courtssss. And a playground with several apparatus, monkey bars combo, 4 slides different hights, an assortment swings, from baby toddler to adults, plus others. Also I need to mention there is also a dog park which appears to be very clean. No Smell!!! Overall the park is very clean, and parking is abundant No Problem !!! My only issue was the 4 young teens smoking weed on the far end of the dog park, away from rest of the park attendees , sign of the times, I guess!!! Heads Up 3 Different GPS got me close but not exactly there. So do get mad. Issue three blocks are dead ends around the park. Go in thru 10th . Enjoy

I find this place on google, decided to take my toddler 2,5 and a 10 months old. Tiniest splash area , but ONLY FOR RESIDENTS. Mind you I go to private daycare 2 min walk from them. Literary zero people inside and they didn’t let us in. Pretty small , and not clean playground near by ( I guess for everyone), bunch of tennis courts, and pretty much it. Definitely a waste of our time. No indication online about their rules and regulations!

We traveled from the city and I was looking for a place for my little ones to cool off and found this spot. We get there and we were told it’s for Fort Lee residents only. No indication online whatsoever. It was 95 degrees out and they turned us away. Sad and unfair.
