This is a great place to go for a walk. It's a paved path that runs the majority along the farmer's highline canal. There are different areas to park. We chose to park off of Federal by the Savory Mushroom Tower. There is a small parking lot there which is close to Savory Pond. We walked along the path that will take you by a playground if you have small children. We walked all the way to Huron and back. There are several of benches along the way if you want to take a break. It's safe because we saw plenty of other people walking or on bikes, but it was not too crowded. Nice flowers to look at along the path and great tree coverage to give enough shade on hot days. Going from Federal to Huron and back was close to 4 miles. It's flat so it's a nice easy walk.

The park is great, it's got a pavilion, a sand area, swings, slides and various other features. It is clean, and we'll kept. It backs to a big Field and the sidewalk leads to Mushroom Pond. It's a great walk from the pond trailhead to the park and back. I very much enjoyed the walk with my 5 year old. We will go again.

Very nice neighborhood park with a fantastic view and a great porch swing. Impeccably kept. Direct access to Farmer’s Canal Trail. Great spot to take a break.

A little buggy so wear repellant if that bothers you. But it was beautiful.
