WED 2025.07.16 ~06:05 went OUT for a ~4+ miles walk; CW-Loop Freedom Park, Little Sugar Creek Greenway, and the neighborhood. Freedom Park, the Greenway, and neighborhood were well-maintained and clean. Noticed a total of 50+ people (some jogging, others walking) and 8 dogs during my ~1.5 hr of walk.

The surrounding area consists of higher-priced homes 🏡, and as a result, the security is relatively good 👮‍♂️. There are even police cars patrolling the driveways 🚔 to maintain order. On weekends, many people gather here for barbecues 🍖, group meals 🍽️, or to sit on the grass for picnics 🧺. Occasionally, you can even spot people taking wedding photos 📸 around the lake

It's very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Great place to walk, sit on blankets or grass and view the water, eat, listen to music, walk your dog and enjoy nature.

This is a very clean, spacious and we'll maintained park. It has trails around the lake, picnic tables and pavilions, and a little history. It is very dogfriendly with poop bag stations. There is a demonstration gardens at one end by the parking lot, a children playground a short walk from the demonstration garden at the same end of f the lake. It a great place for all ages. There is also a nature center next to the lake and another trail.
