Galaxie Park

Nice area, the children enjoyed playing here.

It's a nice little park. It was clean, there are public bathrooms and there is a slightly shaded walking path and picnic area. The only complaint I have is the grills were disgusting. They had dirt heaped into them. I am not sure why. As a point of caution, I would like to add that I did not use the public restrooms so they might be gross. Overall, if you want to hangout, have a picnic or get a stroll in this is a stellar place for a a short excursion.

I just used this location to fly my drone for a little while. It was a perfect setting. The lawn is level and nicely groomed. The parking lot is close and convenient. There is shade available to make it more comfortable to sit and easily see the navigation screen without too much glare. There are some buildings and other structures nearby to help with visual orientation... and also a small pond for added interest. It is a great location for flying a drone in a limited area....

Great food good beer and awesome location. Couldn't be better for a quick get away from the Citi.

Been playing at this party since I was but a wee boy. I now have children of my own and they still enjoy visiting when they go to my parent's house. It has gone through a number of upgrades throughout the years such as the expansion of the playground and landscaping around the warming house.
