Visited the 85°C Bakery in Gardena on Artesia looking for a birthday cake, and they had plenty ready to go. It was quick and easy. They’re also able to write whatever you want on the cake, which makes it convenient for last-minute celebrations. I found cakes under $30, which is awesome. I bought a red velvet cake for my daughter’s birthday and everyone loved it. It tasted fresh, light, and sweet without feeling heavy. There was only one person in line ahead of me, so the whole process was smooth. The desserts always look clean and well presented. I would definitely return, even though it’s a bit out of the way from my house. Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

Somewhat crowded in the parking lot. Ate lunch at the Chinese restaurant over in the corner. Food was good ... hot n crispy

One of my daughters' favorite plaza. Our day consists of the first visit 85° bakery for breakfast, then we head to Daiso to see what is new, followed by 99 Ranch Market. We do our grocery shopping, and I order either a bass or snapper. I have them fry it for me as I finish my shopping list. Pay on the way out, and we head home with all we need, including supper. Best day ever!!
