I really loved the cleanliness of the park. The walking path was easy to navigate. I like the separation of the basketball and volleyball court. It's a well lit park with a decent amount of parking, picnic tables, and lots of green grass.

I love this park. It's not quite the hidden gem anymore as it's busy a lot of the time now. However it's a very nice place for a walk and to get a little fresh air. The landscaping is very nice with thoughtful placement of the trees along the trail to give you nice shade patches. This is a great park for birdwatching as well. In the winter they decorate the park and have a big Christmas tree. The park is kept very clean which is greatly appreciated. I've been coming here for years and it's just a great little spot of green that feels like a little oasis in the city. For amenities there is a community center, lots of benches, BBQs, tennis courts, a skating/hockey area, volleyball, basketball courts. There's a decent sized kids play area as well. Plenty of parking but can get full at peak times like the weekend.

Garden Park has been my favorite park for years. I had my maternity photoshoot here 4 years ago and now I bring my son all the time—it’s his favorite park! He loves the playground, and the whole park feels so peaceful. We enjoy listening to the birds, walking around, and the grassy areas are huge. Perfect for a family picnic and enjoying the greenery.

We are always on the look out for parks with playgrounds that have something unique (like the train here) so we can give them fun nicknames. We came here because it had a roller rink and little dude (almost 3) is obsessed with hockey. We had a blast with all the extra kids on a no school day but it’s also nice on mellow days. Decent bathrooms, decent amount of picnic benches, variety of slides and climbing, nice fun colorful train, lots of grass, shade and the sports fields/rinks/courts were great.

Tbh = to be honest iv gone here since I was little and bro best park ever the playground is huge the restrooms are like any other park oh and remember to bring baby wipes and toilet paper your self! The dog friendliness is 100/100 I see at least a dog all the time in that park. The public area yes clock it no idea if it’s just me but it’s kinda more comfortable than other parks. THIS is my opinion but would you go here?
