We LOVE this park! It’s clean, it’s big, it’s shaded. There are multiple different structures, swings, bathrooms, and a basketball court. It is next to Carl Thornton park, which has another playground and a pond with ducks and geese. The activities and structures at this park are clean, nothing seems to be broken. It is newer, so the structures themselves are still well kept. There is also a smaller structures for children 2-5 years old.

Beautiful, clean, super cute and fun park. Minus one star for a very small parking lot. The entire park is gated, which makes it extra safe, but it does limit the places where you can park to get easy access to the playground. The neighborhood next-door has some confusing signage in terms of ability to park as certain portions require a permit.

This playground is amazing! My daughter had an absolute blast. We spent two hours there and she still couldn’t get enough. We only left because it was lunchtime. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Updated: The playground's recent renovation has made it a fantastic place for the kids. It’s super clean and filled with fun activities. Has restrooms, tables, plenty of shade, and even a basketball court, it has everything you need for a great day out! On the other side of Thornton Park, you'll find another renovated playground, an outdoor workout area, and a scenic spot to fish and watch ducks, turtles, and birds by the lake.

If you have children (especially younger ones) and are looking for a playground that combines safety, accessibility, and good amenities, George Upton All Access Park is a strong recommendation. It’s especially notable for inclusive play (children with mobility challenges or special needs can participate alongside other kids). The connection to the larger Carl Thornton park means there’s room to extend the outing beyond just the playground. there’s a woman that lives in a camper on site. Her name is Katie and she is wonderful. She keeps the park very clean. My kids really enjoy this park and we can spend hours here.
