Had a picnic with my family for dinner. The kids had a great time at the playground. The bathrooms are at the other side of the park for the playground. It is clean and well kept. I will be back.

This little park is beautiful. I love the old tall trees, clean padded playground and the activities for kids. The only down side is the dog poop throughout the grass and even walkways. It would be nice to go for a run or let your kids play on the grass without worrying about stepping on feces, which I have done. Obviously it's not the park's fault. It seems as though dog owners have the impression that this park is a big poop pad. Some dogs have the tendency to eat poop sometimes which can make them sick so I have to really keep a close eye on my dog that she's not picking up poop. Also, since the poop never gets picked up, when they mow the grass, it just gets smashed into the grass. Some parks provide signage to remind people to pick up after their dogs, readily accessible waste bags and disposal bins for dog waste. I wish this wasn't necessary but it may be for this park. Other than that, I love this park and I'll keep going. I just have to watch where I'm walking. Update: they added a few dog waste bins with bags! I love how they are always improving. They also added new large bright lights around the baseball field. It illuminates the park so beautifully!

Nice quiet park. Nice playground. We like the big swing chair and the spinning seats.
