The playground area is of a good size. The rest of the park is BIG LARGE. Big grassy field bordered by large shade trees. Very nice. Warm Summer morning. No one or their dogs were here when I was. Quiet. Too quiet. Not really. Come on down. Enjoy.
Nice quite park right next to Gilham Elementary which has more play structures. Lots of open space for kids to play and have fun.
Spring in Gilham Park. This park is meant for younger children - equipment is pre-schooler size. If your kids want more of a challenge, go next door to the school.
Great little neighborhood Park. Small play ground with large open field and a few trees. Nice path around the whole thing. Great for smaller children or walking dogs. Please keep dogs on a leash. This is not an off leash Park.
I have been here so many times as a child, and when watching other children, they love the merry-go-round. The only issue is that there are only two swings and both of them are very high off the ground equating in the need of someone to lift most kids up, and even then it likes to be difficult. 👉👈
