This park was designed by the same landscape architect of New York City's Central Park, Frederick Law Olmsted. A gem in Northern NJ.

I love the Goffle Brook Park. I remember it being built and I could not invision how it will lay out among the banks of the stream but once it was finished it truly enhances the Hawthorne city. The small pathways along the river are awesome. It is kept very clean and it truly is a highlight of the city. I visit it every time I’m back in New Jersey. You can get your 20,000 steps walking back and forth or maybe even some more… Great exercise route.

Google Brook Park is fantastic! It offers a scenic walking path and a charming bridge, perfect for leisurely strolls. The soccer field is well-maintained, and the playground is great for kids. In winter, the hills provide excellent sledding fun. A wonderful community space year-round!

I have found my new park for my walks... wonderful scenery...I especially love hearing the running water from the creek... the environment motivates me to walk alot more often, which I now plan on doing.
